Set Up Your Facebook Developer Account
Sign up or log in to a Facebook for Developers account and click Create App.https://developers.facebook.com/
Select Business as your application type.
Provide basic information about your business. If you don’t have a Business Manager account, you can leave it selected. Click Create an app. You’ll be taken to your Meta dashboard.
Scroll down until you see WhatsApp and click Install.
